We want you to be 100% satisfied with services provided from us. If your product is defective or not described, don't worry. Just send us an email at customer@wingdecor.com and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or refund.
Our return policy lasts 30 days since your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Our return policy lasts 30 days since your purchas. In case of defective or damaged goods, we will send a replacement to you (No any extra fee). You don't even have to return your package. We will take this loss as our responsibility if you are not happy with your order.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please feel free to contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours since your purchase. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made.
